Return & Refund

Since the artworks are customized subject to one’s preferences, the artworks once sold and shipped cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

To qualify for a return due to shipping damage, provide an unedited unboxing photo and video to garlender.arts@gmail.com withing 24 hours of the receiving the package. If the package has been tampered or the return request came in late, the replacement will not be processed. Shipping Charge for the return item has to be borne by the customer. Only after receiving the Item, our team will check thoroughly and process the request if need.  All the necessary information will be communicated through mail.
